Allen Access is currently accepting referrals for Home Modification Assessments. For new referrals as of the date above, the Assessment will be scheduled after September 14th to accommodate existing clients and a two-week away from office for Thomas. If your clients and/or their guardians are willing to accept this wait list, please email to discuss next steps.

Referrals are only accepted from Case Managers or Case Management Supervisors for Waiver Home Modification projects.

Allen Access LLC is a home accessibility and safety consultation firm serving Minnesota. Allen Access is enrolled with DHS Home and Community Based Waiver Services to provide Environmental Accessibility Assessments (EAA).

Allen Access is Twin-Cities based but will happily serve all Counties within the State of Minnesota.

Please note that there are a few types of home modifications Allen Access does not do:

• Group home development: Any referrals for a licensed facility must already be licensed and occupied by the participant
• Swing sets
• Locks to prevent egress on windows or doors.
• Commercial Properties.
• Rush projects: All projects are treated equally and subject to the same waitlists and priority levels throughout the process.
